How do I cancel my subscription?

Click here to be taken to a page where you can cancel your subscription. If you are having trouble canceling your subscription you can contact us via email at help@support.bluemountain.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

For members who joined via the mobile app:

In-app subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To update, please go to > Settings and then tap on > [your name] > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > View Apple ID > Subscriptions > and then select BlueMountain Ecards.

On Android, sign into the Google Play Store and select "Subscriptions" under the menu. Then choose the subscription you want to manage.

Any customer service requests pertaining to your subscription must be directed to Apple or Google.
