Gift Cards : Troubleshooting

I didn't receive my confirmation email and my recipient didn't get their gift either

First, please check your spam or junk email folders to see if the confirmation email was blocked by a spam filter. If you are able to locate the email, that is your confirmation that your eCard and gift were sent.

If the recipient is not able to locate the ecard in the spam or junk folder, you can contact Customers Service and they can help you get the recipient what they need.
