It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Flannel shirts, snowy walks, fireside talks and family gatherings. Party planning, decorating and shopping can also make this a very busy, hectic time for some of us. But the real gifts of Christmas have a way of reminding us of the things that matter most—the gift of love and the special way it shapes our lives, the gift of sharing and the closeness it creates, and the gift of family and friends and how much they mean to us. The spirit of the holidays is not found under a tree, it is found in our hearts.
At Blue Mountain this year, we’ve created a dazzling array of Christmas cards for you to express what’s in your heart. Inspired by Charles Dickens’ description of London, “A Merry Christmas” embodies all the beauty and magic of a Victorian Christmas. As we follow the gas lamplighter down the street, we see shoppers and street musicians and children playing. In the closing scene, we hear a hauntingly beautiful rendition of “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen.” On the lighter side, we have the Can-Can Candy Canes, Your Christmas Cod and A Holiday Barbershop Quartet. Our spiritual card, “Christmas Glory” depicts a lovely country church in a snowy woodland setting and features the refrain from “Angels We Have Heard on High,” along with the story of its origins. In “Holiday Hearts” we celebrate the warmth and coziness of the winter season.
We also have a brand new, beautifully Christmas-inspired desktop background for your computer, phone, and even your Facebook cover image.
