My number and carrier are correct, but I did not receive my Text Reminder.

First check with your service provider to see if you have text messages enabled on your phone. For most cell phone plans, there is a cost associated with receiving text messages. Next, manually enter your cell phone's email address by selecting "other" from the "Cell Phone Carrier" dropdown. When finished, set up another cell reminder and test again.
