We can resend the gift card information directly to your recipient's email if they are unable to locate your ecard within their spam or junk folder. Simply contact Customer Service and provide the following:
• original email used
• email to which you want gift card sent
• gift card purchase date
• type of gift card purchase
Please note that your eCard will not be re-sent with the gift card. Resend your eCard in one of these three ways:
1. Forward the copy of the eCard you received to your recipient.
2. Or, you can send the URL for the eCard by following these directions:
a) Click on My Account at the top of our homepage.
b) Select eCards & Gifts Sent.
c) Click on View under the eCard.
d) Copy the URL (the link in the address bar when the card displays).
e) Paste this into a normal email and send to the recipient.
3. Or, you can recreate the eCard and send it again.
