I didn't receive my confirmation email and my recipient didn't get their ecard either.

First, please check your spam or junk email folders to see if the confirmation email was blocked by a spam filter. If you are able to locate the email, you can forward this email to your recipient.

If the eCard containing the Amazon.com Gift Card* is not in the spam or junk folders, you can retrieve the claim code from your BlueMountain.com account.

1. Sign in to your BlueMountain.com membership at www.bluemountain.com

2. Click on 'My Account' in the upper right hand corner of our website and click on eCards & Gift Sent.

3. Locate the email address of the recipient of the eCard. Our Sent eCards page is organized by month.

4. Click on View to the right of the recipient's email.

5. Please copy the URL or address from the browser that opens the eCard and send this in a regular email to your intended recipient.

In order to remedy the issue where you are not receiving confirmation emails from us, please add the following email addresses to the address book associated with your email client (AOL, Excite, Yahoo, etc.):

Once you have added these addresses, you should receive email from us in the future.
