To resend an Ecard from your outbox, please make sure you are signed in and then follow the steps below.
Click on the "My Account" button located at the top of any page, then click on the "Ecards & Gifts Sent" link.
Locate the greeting you wish to send. Remember the outbox is organized by month, so be sure to select the month the card was originally sent in.
Click "resend" to resend the ecard.
If your recipient still cannot receive the notification, here are instructions to allow you to resend your ecard using your confirmation email.
When we send a card to your recipient, we send you a confirmation email at the same time. Included in this email letter is a URL (link) for your ecard which can be used to resend it. To resend your ecard, please follow these instructions:
Copy the URL that was in your confirmation email
Paste the URL into the body of the email that you are sending to the recipient.
Send this email to the intended recipient.
