If you are having problems printing your card, you may need to reset your printer.
To reset your printer, select the "print" button located at the top right corner of the workspace and then select 're-run printer set up'.
The Paper Feed Print Test will run. Follow the step-by-step instructions.
Once the print test is complete, continue to print your card by following the on-screen instructions within the print screen.
Note: It is suggested that you run the print test set up when you use a new printer for the first time.
