The longer I'm with you,
    the more I realize the importance
of having you in my life.
You're the answer to
    a prayer I whispered long ago
and the wish I once made
   upon a star.

You're the dream I dreamed
   when I knew not who you were,
and the hope I clung to
   until I finally found you.
Even with everything
   I had hoped you would be,
I never knew that loving you
would bring so much satisfaction,
    appreciation, and love
       to each area of my life.

The longer I'm with you,
the more I realize just how lucky I am
    to have everything I prayed for,
       wished for, dreamed for,
          and hoped for.
And it's even better than I imagined!

   the more I know that you and I
       are meant to be together in love
       for all time.
