Berea Children's Home

BlueMountain Cares is proud to support the Berea Children's Home. During the month of December, Blue Mountain employees all came together to help support “Give a Little, Give A Lot”, a massive toy drive that provides toys and gifts for the children at Berea Children's Home. They collected games, bath and body products, purses, sporting equipment, CDs, electronic games, and much more.

“Give A Little, Give A Lot” was developed by a couple of friends that work for the Berea Children's Home who recognized that Christmas for some of the kids in their programs is not as full as they deserve it to be. They began by gathering friends and family to collect toys and gifts for the kids. This annual event gave BlueMountain Cares a great reason to come together, help support the community and bring some holiday cheer to the children at Berea Children's Home.

And in true holiday spirit, a smaller group of volunteers from BlueMountain Cares came together again to organize a holiday party on December 15th for the children in the Community Respite program. They helped the children decorate cookies and make crafts to take home to spread some holiday cheer!

The Berea Children's Home and Family Services (BCHFS) is a non-profit organization serving the mental health and developmental needs of over 9,000 infants, children, adolescents, young adults and families.
